Endlessly inquisitive, positive and self-motivated, Phong combines an entrepreneurial spirit with an unbridled enthusiasm for collaboration. While pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management at Kwantlen Polytechnic, Phong started his own agency as a side gig, in which he helped small businesses get started within digital marketing and establish an online presence. A born extrovert, Phong loves meeting new people and prizes personal relationships above all else. In his off-time he likes to keep active by playing sports or just being out-and-about in the fresh coastal air. Always eager to learn new things, he’s been known to spend many an evening down a Google-powered rabbit hole of interesting trivia. On top of all that, Phong has been cutting his own hair since he was 13 years old, his fresh fades being the envy of his rather shaggy friends and colleagues.
