What steps can I expect in the recruitment process?
We know that applying for a new position can come with a lot of uncertainty, so we’ll do our best to calm some of those nerves — here’s what you can expect from us:
Application Review: It generally takes our team up to 2 weeks to sift through your superstar applications following the position closing.
Screening Calls: After about 1 week, we’ll start reaching out to our shortlist of applicants for screening calls.
Panel Interviews: From our shortlist of screening calls, panel interviews will begin, led by the Hiring Manager, a member from our C&C team, and another peer.
Selection: In the week following these interviews, a few internal discussions will happen among our hiring team to select the best additions to the team and reach out to the successful candidates!
